About Me
About Me
Welcome! During the height of the pandemic, with two kids in virtual school and working from home, I desperately wanted to shift from survival mode to actually embracing the time together and thriving. I scoured self help books, met with therapists, talked to friends...and I just could not find the answers. I was stuck. Until I found coaching. Up until that point, I kept trying to churn up the past in order to create a new future. Coaching taught me that I already have everything I need and gave me the skills to identify what is actually within my control and to shift my own perspective. Through these early sessions, I focused on becoming the carefree girl in a tree- just living a playful, joyful life no matter what is thrown at me.
I graduated from Erickson Coaching International in 2021 and since then have been serving my clients with their individual life and leadership coaching needs. I have a BA in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and a MA in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin. My vast experience as a leader in international education, including my time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Jamaica, have shaped me into the empathetic and active listener that I am today.
